black background problem in print

hello to everyone I would like to know if you can tell me how I can get rid of the black background when I go to print. I'll explain better.
I have an autocad file that was sent to me with also its print ctb but when I go to print it I find that the print ctb was created for a black print background, if I try to change the ctb comes all completely black. You know how I can solve this? thanks to all
