I'll confirm it happens to me, too.
I just started using rel 2011 systematically and I have the same problem.
the beauty is that it does not happen on all assemblies and I did not understand what is discriminating.
I'll fix it, but there's something wrong.

You could do a new part where you hid in the voice of the separate components. then use it to put the sketches you want to use to create work plans.
