drawings made with old nx ideas

Hello, I am a university student, preparing the thesis and I am encapsulated in old files of drawings created with the old software ideas. are .asc extension files
I don't know how to open them because I'm not in possession of the program. Please answer me

with nx of per se no...
I go "nose", but I'm afraid it takes the cmm (contest migration management)... 'na stuff complicated. . .
You should get an idea. open the 2d... save them somehow in a nx readable format (pkg for example).
I don't have any ideas.

the problem is to get me an idea..ora have nx and .asc files does not open them!I think they are also 2d

Unfortunately .asc you can open them only with i-deas, from them then you expose them to dxf and reimporti, if you have at your disposal the cmm is another speech.

Let it go. the cmm works both in teamcenter or alone on packages exported from ideas in .pkg format and however its usefulness lies in converting the 3d of ideas in nx with all the features.

If you simply want to convert .asc files that are simple 2d, you need i-deas, or you can ask someone who has it and converts them to dxf.

I have to find this someone who has it... the problem is that in the company where I do the thesis nobody has this program anymore. .
I have to "simplely" open these .asc files and transfer the images that contain in paint or cmq to save them in .jpg or .png and then put them on the thesis..I don't need to reconvert them for nx but only be able to open them to see the drawing
