problem with artlantis

Hello everyone I am new to the forum!...
I write because I have a problem!.....I installed artlantis....but when I try to send a rendering opens me an error window that tells me that the file c:\users\arch_temporary.tga is missing....I don't know how to fix I'm problem.
my pc mounts windows 7 and I installed the latest version of quick time...someone knows how to delucidarmi? ? ?

Yes... I tried...... I installed both version 3.0.5 several times... but nothing to do.... then I tried with that previous but same problem......I don't know exactly what to do!.....I will try to contact the assistance....but there is a number of tel or do I have to send an email?? ? . ....
