creation of quarry for tongue on conicity

hi guys, I can't create the quarry for the tab on the conical part of this tree, of course with extruded cut I can't angle it, so the initial circumference has a lower depth than the other circumference.

I attach the file sw 2011, and the quoted design.

have you created the cutting sketch plan on the conical surface so that it is "parallele and tangent" to it?
from the command reference entities > plan click on the conical surface and on one of the two "normal" planes passing through the axis of the tree.. done. you have the new tilted plane on which to squirt the cut of tab.

thanks marco, especially for the speed of the answer.

I initially did as you advised me, but the plan was created in frontal position, so I created another perpendicular to it so I managed with the creation of the quarry.
