You have to see how these pieces are made to understand where the problem is.
If they're already done, just cross-sectionally with a sectional plan and get the sketch of the intersection... or are these pieces different from simple "travones"?

in the tool menu check just go to measure and select the sketch perimeter or the lines/curves that interest you. will tell you the total length of selected segments. this in general for each combination of selected curves/bords.

I'd already used the solution you'd indicate, but it takes a long time.

if you click on the face of your section, both at the table and in the part, and then on the measuring tool you are indicated the area and the perimeter of your section.
I have associated the "m" button to the tool measure then click+m and immediately I see the perimeter/area.
if they are not values that you must associate with quotas or tables (for which I imagine they serve macros or customizations) but you need to take a note and make two approximate accounts, it takes two net seconds.

I went directly to the property tool of the area, which provides many info but not the perimeter.
