Hello everyone, I have a small problem I have to measure the circumference of my quadriceps and as information I only have a photo in jpeg(2d) not scaled. Can you tell me what tools to use? ..me the cable well enough with autocad

You could use a rested tailor's meter near your arm, take the photo and then zoom until you read the numbers.. .
