which program is more suitable for creation of technical drawings of outdoor wooden structures....gazebo...etc.

Maybe starting from a modeling, 3d design and then create and print the designs with the details.

Is there a program for this kind of work?

I would like to try a program to see if it really is suitable for what I need.

Perhaps someone has already referred to this kind of problem.

but as you are in Swiss and you do not know cadwork that is done right there!
apart from the joke, try to look for cadwork. it is not free, as unfortunately always happens, but I think it is a good level; if it is not mistaken also performs the static calculation of the structures (think with Swiss law, given the origin).
