When you make boiler items like what you posted, you better work surfaces, it's also a shorter procedure:Your idea seems interesting to me... I have to figure out how to do it though.
I'll train you the father of the molding.
my good inventor 11 can't develop me I'm 3 mm sp tube ... someone can explain why and/or can help me?
Thank you.

Wait, but do you have inventor 11 or inventor 2011? . ...when you make items of boilers like what ......................... if I can make it in the evening place an example.. .
start from the last question:inventor 11 to solve I did so:
1. I opened the pipe
2. I inspected the outer surface of the 3 mm tube as new body
3. I tried to join the two bodies but when I asked to turn into sheet metal, he told me there were two bodies.
4. I exported the body obtained from thickening
5. transformed into sheet metal
6. perfect
the problem was in the bevel that it was created at the bottom of the pipe ... within certain limits it accepts it but if it notes too much (in my case it came to zero) it no longer suits him.
Probabilmen enough to raise the pipe a little bit with respect to the bottom and magically everything would have gone well ... I will also try this tomorrow.

ps:
- used for kalandrate k=0.5? ?
- if I develop at 359.99° sometimes it gives me problems in opening the sheets as if I use too small cuts (how do you realize that the edges collide while opening ... happens to you too? )
