a question: do you think it is feasible to make fast prototyping an attachment type gear?
If yes, with what kind of car? a car we say base or a more sophisticated?
What kind of material would be used?
the gear will be connected to a micromotor dc 24v, 8,5w, 6900rpm.
is there any need?

this because we have made a prototype and the first gears for reasons of time and costs we have made them realize in c45.
but the system is too noisy and I thought that making the plastic gears much of the noise could decrease it!
What do you say?

I'm sorry, I think there's a magazine: with m=0.5mm and z=15 shouldn't a d_prim of 7.5mm come?

In the sense that the gear builder recommended me to do it like that.
removing a tooth is a technique you use told me.
for my application recommended it to me....

noise is usually created by the trembling due to the games, if you can give it a small preload maybe solve (trying not to break the bearings). But how fast is this item going? Does the drive use a step motor? Those engines have a somewhat vibrant feature that can trigger those vibrations. . .
