my advice is to erase only the temps in the local, move everything in the basket, restart verify that solidworks and the pc start without problems, and then eliminate them altogether, at least this procedure that I was advised during the course I did. I don't think we have different workstations in the office and the "old" we kept them to have backup machines in case of a workstation failure. my network flies even if one of these machines is slow.
