problem with missing shx files

Hello to all boys I need a hand...I am struggling with a problem, I installed recently autocad lt 2012 (you want that the previous version I had in the office was autocad lt 2000) and in practice opening a planimetria that I was sent to me appears a saying: "Shx files also called form files, are used as text sources or symbols. if missing means that they were not transferred with the design or were moved, renamed or deleted." Let's start that I don't know what this is about but I guessed or better noticed that it should be a type of restraint, then I don't know. the design opens it but then there is a part where nothing appears. You could help me, guys. I'd be very grateful. thank you in advance to those who will have the patience to help me.
