convert lines to 2d polyline

as from title, I look for a lisp or command that allows me to convert lines in 2d polylinee.
there is someone who performs the conversion in polylinea, but I need to have 2d polylinese.

with the editpl command you can turn lines into polylinee.

verify the value of the following variables:
peditaccept = 1 the message "the selected object is not a polyline".
plinetype = 0 are created polylinee2d

if you also need to combine all the transformed line segments indicates the autocad version.
