autocad network license to move to other server

Hello everyone,

I have in use autocad 2007 ver. full with network license.
the server where the license points will be disabled,
this data in:
license type: Network
license expiry date: Nobody.
license: permanent
type of license use: commercial trade
id license: 51200acd_2007_0f
host computer name: chpc1510
license server: ch2srv03

and has already been prepared a new server with a new license.
the license is managed with network licensed license managers lmtools (flex), but our it service does not know how to point to the new server.

Can someone give me some info?

...just because the dealer no longer exists. C*#ço!
