Bye to all,
use since a lot of years autocad and at this time the 2011 version.
Since in the company I find myself working on 2 pcs of which one optimized for my needs I tried to use the function import/export settings. The result is a crazy chaos, it looks like a mixture of mine with the default ones.
what I mainly want to "take behind" are the choice of commands I use most and their arrangement, if you then combine also for other things (hotkeys, impost. cursor, mouse keys etc...) would be fantastic.
Any idea?

If you refer to the functions of "exegui migration custom settings" it seems strange to me that you create that chaos, that is the procedure.

Clear that to have no problems whatsoever folders containing customization files must correspond in the two pcs.

then it is not only a file, but more than one? I thought it was just the .cuix...
I must try again:finger:

then I have to copy all files of the folder c:\program files\autodesk\autocad lt 2011\userdatacache\support that have different extensions?

No. You have to do what he already told you.

I may be a little shady but I just can't export/import customizations.
Is it that someone can help me stepbystep? practically apro autocad>barra multifunctionally manage>export and then?
Help!

windows -> start -> all programs -> autodesk -> autocadxxx -> migration custom settings -> export/import autocadxxx settings

Goddamn it, I was trying to find something directly inside autocad while I had the solution under my eyes...
Thank you so much for your help and excuse me if I didn't take a little more time looking for it

new problem:
I was very happy to have found the migration in the base pc, but everything dissolved as snow in the sun when I came home: I do windows -> start -> all programs -> autodesk-> autocad lt 2011 and there is no folder for migrating the settings well a disappointing (empty).
Then I click with the desto>properties on the autocad folder lt 2011 and cover the path of the file that I go to paste on the address bar and I am catapulted in the folder where I find only 3 links just of:
migrate from a previous version
export autocad settings 2011
import autocad settings 2011
...of course these links do not take me anywhere and I have already tried to reinstall the software. . .

That was so trivial. . is a function that has not been selected during installation.

control panel\disinstall a program\autocadxxx\add or remove functions: Put the check on "exegui migration custom settings".

We finally did it. .
I copied the files for migration from the base pc and copied them into the various folders of the home pc...
to understand, the files that you copied are those of the folders
c:\programdata\microsoft\windows\start menu\programs\autodesk
c:\program files\common files\autodesk shared\adlm\r1
...after I started importing the settings directly from the folder, since from start -> all programs -> autodesk -> autocad2011 -> migration custom settings still does not appear.

ps:however before doing all that I have tried also what suggested by gp without however seeing no change

thanks:finger:
