xrif not recognized in autocad 2013

Good morning.
I have a problem with a xref in autocad 2013: opening a design, I charge all external references, except one, for which it tells me that the search is unresolvable. the thing that I do not understand is that the relative path is correct and that with autocad 2012lt the problem does not exist.
Do you have any suggestions to give me, please?

Yes, service pack...beh, you have autocad lt 2012 no? use that in the meantime. or, if you have signed the subscription contract, you can also use one of the last three previous versions
