hello to all
I would have a problem with a sweep extrusion
I would like to create a part as an attachment in photos where the rectangle goes to hook to the circle, but following the guide curves
I tried with extrusion with sweep, but at least as far as I understood from inexperienced, it is not allowed to follow the guide curve and the path together, I believe because it would deform the initial geometry of the rectangle. .possible?
If you still want to extrude?
Where am I wrong?
thanks to all

Maybe you should post the file directly instead of a jpg.

surely the rectangle will deform, but it is possible also with the sweep unless there are abnormalities (type self-intersections of the profile).
I think if you extrude from the other floor you do first.

When he looked at me, he didn't mind.
verify that the route and the guide are
a: on two different sketches
b intersect the profile. binding with the report perforated...at least I posted the error message that doesn't allow you to complete the function. . .

in the meantime thank you all for the help
I tried with loft and I managed it, I just got the curiosity to know where I'm wrong with sweep
place a new image with error so maybe it is clearer

then the loft do it if you have 2 or more different geometries that you have to concatenate along a board ... sweep it only with a geometry that runs along a axis....

try to reverse path and guide curve.. .

If you dare with the sweep it's normal you can't.
If you take a look at the help, you'll be right.
You didn't post the file anyway.
ok place also the file,of course it is an improvised part without measures only for test.
It's not that I dare, but I'd like to know if you can get the same result.
time ago in a tutorial found on the internet I remember having created a very similar part this way
