tree elements filters

Bye to all,
I need help,
for some time I am in my parts/aid the unselected tree filters option, (see attached image) I do not understand why it is now so and long ago it was not, however, depends on an option of the config if you know and tell me which (even if I am sure I have not changed anything from some time to this part) or else?

the configuration of the tree is managed by the file tree.cfg.
when it does not work depends either on the moving/ deleting/modifying of the above file or the modification of its option in the config.pro

I noticed after launching the alarm that the above file was strangely in another folder different than usual. . .
before the holidays, we're all a little tired and not so lucid. .
