hp printer designjet 7000 non print on a4

I have a hp officejet 7000 the problem is in autocad every time I mold on a4 I get out white sheets and jam paper, I wonder if it is a problem of autocad or printer since I reset factory settings. I tried to print photos and makes them...

installed the original hp drivers? or possibly updated?

the last drivers. Let's say I have to understand if and the printer! If I put the default print normal print quality if I put on hand quality type etc they also block the sheets!

autocad has nothing to do with me.

ps: tested with older drivers provided with the printer?
