method creating edge flange with modified profile.

Hello, everyone.
when I have to create a flange of the edge with a profile other than the one selected, such as the one in figure for example, I change the structure of the flange by selecting change profile flanges.
I'd like to know if there's a leaner method because that's how it feels a little bit slender.
Also with flange profile change, I have to change each flange separately, although they are equal and selected in the same flange function of the edge.

No, you didn't do anything wrong. I think your procedure is correct.
you can also change the individual sketches of the various flanges directly "from the tree", without returning to the function. . Maybe it's a quicker hair to do.
for the flanges that are all equal there is no direct system to change them all together; But working with sketches as I told you above, you could bind/parameter those that will always be equal and follow the same changes. Display the first sketch and use it to assign constraints to the other equals.
you just have to try and find the system to you more congenial.

to give you some extra advice you should understand how the finished detail will be. often it is faster to start from solids or surfaces and move to the sheet later. Can you post some immaines to make you understand how your finished piece has to be?

thanks for the availability, but there is not a particular piece, in which I happen to make several parts in sheet metal.
However the concept is that sometimes it is convenient to start from solid and then convert into sheet ?

exactly, there is no exact rule, depends on the geometry of the piece. Maybe I'll give you an example later.

depends on a thousand variables, the first is the modification elasticity you want to get.
the sheet is perhaps the most ostic form in this sense.
