the title is incorrect not for the format but for the voice "help".
in the title you try to synthesize the problem, but with "help" you create a thread too generic and in case of solution it is not filterable through searches on the site.
If you want to attach/modify the post, you have 15 minutes to do it.
I don't run anything, I just ask you to specify what kind of help you want.
I don't know the program but there are many users who can help you.
