in the options of the spiral as revolutions I put 1/3, because 1 = full spiral round = 360°
for which to make 120° = 1/3 (120°*3 = 360°)

do the first hole and then start the 3d sketch from this with the exact number of "spire" ...

you must bind the spiral start point with the hole center with matching bond.
