I had seen some drawings that gave me with this kind of quotation... I thought they were made with autocad!

Well... Maybe they were actually made in autocad, manually I mean.
that is, after giving the quota they entered the text editor and have manually selected that those characters (decimales) had to be in apex.
automatically I see it hard, excluding tolerances.

also in revit you can do, but with the half cm in apex and not all decimals. personally I don't like much as a method of quotationI think they might have been made in archicad. I discovered today that in archicad it is possible to make this kind of quotations.

it is in fact used this style of quotation only in cm. but in fact it is convenient for the fact that the decimal when needed is slightly smaller and the encumbrance is reducedalso in revit you can do, but with the half cm in apex and not all decimals. personally I don't like much as a method of quotation

Clearly, someone can do it and have time, make their own skills available.
I am not a programmer, I ask if it was ever possible to practice the idea at the launch of the lisp:
1) set the desired reduction factor of the decimal, ev. save it in the lisp and/or allow the change
2) Select a aligned or rotated quota, copy its decimals and leave only the whole. or allow the user to select only the odds that interest change.
3)change the "text" property of the quota (e.g. "<>\h0.70x\a2;[decimali]"
4)Respect on all odds aligned or rotated without
