Hi.
I entered a beam system using a family of prefabb beams. made by me, I have some doubts:
is it normal that you see the beams only in high detail mode?
the beams penetrate a defined structural wall, but I can't in 3d merge the two forms to create the cutting profile in the intersection wall beam.
How do I do that?
Thank you.

I'm sorry, kadder, but if the family did it, how do we respond? You'll know how you set the beams in the family, right? !

as above. without seeing how you did the family it is impossible to answer

I had the same problem without being able to solve it, my standard beam system crossed an architectural wall, but it is not possible to merge geometries... I don't know.

the only thing I did is insert the same section of beam used for the seriesr as single beam in a part of the model, join it to the wall (and it worked), then I tried to do it for the series of beams with the wall and bingo works.... (I rotated the model at the head at play selecting from the bottom wall and beams), I erased the initial beam just.
I don't think that's the way
