layout tables and other

Hello everyone,
I have encapsulated, and I would like to use revit as the only cad program, not to yield to the temptation to export the table in two-dimensional on autocad and to work there.
in modeling, for now, I have no particular problems, but I find "too hard" the layout and printing of the boards, unless it is wrong.

I'm doing a project of overlay.
I produce the existing table, and amount the views of the plants, prospects, sections.
If then I have to make table passage and table project, do I have to duplicate all the views again?
This is the only way I understand, with the result that for each plant/prospect/section I have 3/4 views.(In the sections overlap the label in the cutting line by making confusion)
is not possible duplicate the table with views and then change in each state?(actually,project,comparative)?

Second hand

I have a staircase that is partly covered by the upper floor.
when I insert the labels, I disappear the floor and it shows me the part of scale below .how to do to eliminate the part under the floor?

3rd question

the characters of the labels (local, area-volume) are too small, I can't find any way to enlarge them, and believe me I tried and also text, anathet, can you tell me something?

1) you duplicate it is a must of revit architecture, and you can't help it. It is absolutely not a bad thing indeed... try to have a hundred tables and you will see that knowing exactly where a view is is something that has no price!. to facilitate things created a template with the steps you normally use already set, a browser organized according to these and the already duplicated main views (so at least for these you don't have to do it every time). if you see overlapping references there is something wrong with the filters settings....the show all should be abolished! .

2) how are you put with settings in graphic visibility?

3)you have to change the label...the selection and editor of families create a new type of text labeled with the size of the text you need...if arrivals from autocad is as if you create a different style of the object (font, color etc.), it is something you will have to do for all annotation objects saving the settings in your template. . .

a bit extreme advice... if you really want to learn revit architecture, autocad unfold it just... .

Thank you very much for the timeliness, the final advice, I am already applying it, because the temptation to export in autocad 2 d is but I am holding hard. .

more than a template, which I have to understand what it is, the intention for subsequent drawings is,become the design model (template?) to save by name, and make the new project to the intent of the previous schgema. .
graphic visibility I looked at it but I can't figure out where to act to eliminate "only" a piece of the scale. .
even for labels, if I change type and duplicate, I do not understand where to act to change, font, size and color.

do save by name>model then reopen it all you designed and climb up so you have the clean template. then go into options inside the application menu (r great revit), file location and, inside the template pane, with the + button add your model so you can call it comfortably. . .

search "check the symbolic representation of the stairs" in the online guide you should find what you need.. .

Select the label in the All-In-One bar click on family change and create the new type of text labeled with the text size you need. .

you need to take a look at families if you want to get to the executive with revit architecture architecture :finger:
