Bye to all,
I have a doubt about autocad (lt 2014) that I can't solve by turning on the net.
In practice I am creating for the company for which I work of industrial liquid packing plants.
there are several machines and different packing lines. at the moment I have arranged the lines on different layers (one for machine+accessories) and different blocks, one for machine (without accessories) so that you can manage different machines in a rather simple way.
the problem comes when I have to study multiple lines together, as the x block is disabled on all lines (or activated)
I tried to solve the problem by joining the layers and creating a layer for each pack line, this solves some problems (regarding accessories) but leaves the block open, as it recognizes the x block on the first glued layer, and that's enough.
what I ask, therefore, is
1) Is there a way to rename the blocks, perhaps assigning them a prefix? Do I have to pass by the rename command and do one by one or there is a way to do it automatically (according to you creating a script would be something easy and feasible? )?
2) Can you create layers families (not just filters)? example, I take off a line on a layer that I call line pee, and when I open the family I pounce the sublayers that belong to you? (obviously if yes, how? )
someone had similar problems and found a solution maybe not simple, but functional to solve the problem?
