in these months I am carrying out a master's thesis in which I have to evaluate the realization of a lay-out of an industrial plant of foundry to realize with process no-bake in bracket, throws from 5 to 10 tons of weight, with productivity of 2 brackets per hour, then low productivity. the drying of the refractory plaster in the mold is expected to be carried out for flambatura. How can I assess the times of this process? also, how to assess the size of the vibrating disconnector grid?

10 tons is the jet, including materozze, canals etc.

wooden or plastic models, the bracket is placed on a semi-model, the process no-bake consists in filling the bracket with a mixture of sand and resins (fenol-furanic) to acidic catalysis that hardens to t and environmental pressure after about 1 and a half hour. the bracket is therefore extracted from the model and painted with refractory plasters with aqueous or alcoholic base. the drying of the intonate is for flambatura, i.e. with torch that in the case of acoholic paint, burns such substances, in the aqueous case it must be dried.

the two semi-stamps are then branched and used always in bracket as any fusory process.
