autocad display settings 2015

Hi, I bought the new 2015 autocad, but I can't set some settings like in the previous 2013 autocad:
1) text in place of icons on the bottom bar (ucs, vegetable garden, ossnap etc)
2) clear color scheme in display (it is disabled)

Give me a hand? for clarity I attach two screenshots
