colour difference

Hello, everyone.
After importing a rhino part without any error (at least visible to me), I added simple features but in one of these, a surface created by extrusion is of different color. Can anyone explain why?

I had the same problem importing files from iges or step but failed to solve the problem by deleting all aspects.
It was a combination and some parts of it even if repeated several times I could not give a color.
Are there any other ways to solve the problem?
what does all this depend on?

Perhaps the process is already known, but it is possible to color the surfaces in two ways:
first select the desired appearance and then the coloring surfaces
or
first select the coloring surfaces and then the desired appearance (the latter can also perform the selection of the surfaces with the starting and limit surface method).

I imagine you have already tried to open the single part and "delete all aspects" within it and not as a whole
Unfortunately I don't know what to say, because that way I always managed to solve

There should be tests on the parts that return this behaviour.
so on two feet it is difficult to identify the problem, at least for me.
