Hi.
from the *.drw mold the pdf passing both from the 'fast export pdf' and from the normal printing giving it as a printer the pdf (I bought the adobe acrobat) also setting the high or typographic quality but always export it with the big lines and the threads come out a black spot!
don't you know how to set the phyto to get me pdf out with the least thick lines?
I have already modified in config.pro pdf_use_pentable in yes but nothing.. .

Thank you.

filetto.webpbe like this; I would like to make the lines slightly less thick so that they see separate.

Is there no good soul that can help me?
Hello.

the fact that no one answered you most probably depends on the fact that there is no answer......
you have heralized the thread as I dig, right?, if so there is nothing you can do if not change scale to the drawing! !

last if you have illustrator open the pdf, select the thread lines and change thickness .......

greetings

hi nino, I have no illustrator and beyond all I have to do a lot so and I can't review them on another program; I would put too much on it.

I thought you could handle the line thicknesses with the creo but I can't; pdf does it as he wants.
I also asked the ptc but after days they have not answered yet and I do not believe that I am the only one who has had this need. I read various posts on the pentable but I can't create it to see whether it works or not.

I'll try it right now!

but are you sure you use the line-of-sheart association? In reality you can change the style of the lines by associating them for example to the color of the quotas and axes that usually have a smaller thickness ....

in the config.pro I use these voices:

use_8_plotter_pens yes
pdf_linecap round
pdf_linejoin round
pdf_use_pentable yes
pen_table_file c:\ptc\start_creo2\config_proe\plot\penne.pnt

the penne.pnt file contains these parameters.

!assign white entities to pen 1
pen 1 thickness 0.020 cm; color 0 0 0 0 drawing_color

!assign yellow entities to pen 2
pen 2 thickness 0.002 cm; colour 0 0 0 0

!assign the green entities to pen 3
pen 3 thickness 0.020 cm; color 0 0 0 0 attention_color

!assign gray entities to pen 4
pen 4 thickness 0.010 cm; colour 0 0 0; half_tone_color

Red entities to pen 5
pen 5 thickness 0.025 cm; colour 0 0; highlite_color

!assign blue entities to pen 6
pen 6 thickness 0.050 cm; colour 0 0 0 0; edge_highlite_color

!assign the magenta entities to pen 7
pen 7 thickness 0.001 cm; colour 0 0 0 0

!assign blue entities to pen 8
pen 8 thickness 0.015 cm; colour 0 0 0 0

greetings

Of course you can handle it!
the proof that suggested nino67 foul (and probably get a better result), but I fear that the "problem" depends on the fact that you made a real dig.
for him the edges of the thread (real) are edges to show with the same thickness of the contours of the piece.
I think the only other alternative you have is to change the thickness of the contours.
but then you have to see if the thing is acceptable on all the other designs.

ps: but do you use creo or wildfire 5?

use I create now, I passed before by wilfire 5 but I did not need to manage pdf as now

I don't have the penne.pnt file in the table.pnt file!

in the config.pro in the paragraph of the plotters I have this I:

================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================
== configuration of the plotters ==
================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================
!
pro_plot_config_dir $pro_stds_dir\options\general\plotter
!plotter_command $pro_stds_dir\options\general\plotter
!plotter designjet750c
plot_names yes
plot_file_dir $temp
!
================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================

Big nino!
I created the penne.pnt file, I put it in the job directory, I put the string that you posted in the config.pro file in the plotter paragraph, restarted the creo and... It was perfect!
Thank you very much!

thanks half65, well configured creo does everything....... the config.pro is fundamental! ! .

thanks also to truffle80:cool: for trust.
