missing parts normalized in the center contents

I find myself having to insert a paraolio ø52x85x10 according to din as.
despite this rule there is in the cc, the oil in question is not there.
I can maybe download it from some site, but it would be interesting to know if there is a possibility to implement the cc without having to add normalized parts as custom parts.

It happened to me several times... to solve I created a custom library where I copied the families of parts I use. my library is read/write, and then you can add elements and customize iproperties to pleasure. I put a little (and so many mistakes) but it works nicely.

By the way, if you cover all the families you use in a custom library, you can go to the project and unplug all the other libraries with only yours. so loading times decrease and you really only have yours.
