difference commands and icons between autocad 2010 and 2014

good evening!in a month I will make the written proof of architectural design and they told me that it will have to be carried out in autocad 2014.
the problem is that I'm practicing on autocad 2010.
I would like to know if there is a lot of difference between the two versions and especially what are the icons and commands that can be changed. I don't want to be in trouble on the day of the exam, so I'd like to know if you think it's good for me to get a newer version to practice or maybe it's good for 2010.

changed commands I think nothing. Probably some additions (new command), but not basic and I think you never even used them.
icons can change as style, but we are always there.
if you know how to draw in 2010, you know how to draw quietly in 2014
