slow autocad in selection of objects

Bye to all,
from a week I replaced the pc, and reinstalled everything. the machine should be abundantly able to manage autocad regarding my job: 2d design with non-heavy files.
every time they select an object, before they can launch a command or even move the cursor pass about 1.5/2 second. this also happens when typing in the command line and sending. the time lost is unacceptable and the program is unusable like this. My colleague who has practically the same machine and the same version of autocad does not have these problems.
Would someone give me any indication of the causes and what parameters to go to touch?
I press that I have built-in video card but also my colleague who has no problem.

Does slowdown on the command line also occur in an empty design?

try to verify which version of directx is in use, it seems (by the way) that the use of directx not compatible with the version in use of autocad can give these problems

the lag also happens on empty design but is slightly less evident. Besides being there when typing a keyboard command, it also occurs when selecting any object: select it and after the pointer responds to the mouse movement pass the 2 seconds.
I tried to set directx9 from the link indicated but there was no improvement.
What I cannot understand is why my colleague with the same machine and the same version of autocad, on the same design does not have this problem. It's frustrating, I'm losing hours of work. However many thanks for the interest.

Has any program been installed after autocad installation?

try to "repair /reinstall". go to the control panel -->programs and functionality --> autocad
in the window will appear 3 large test buttons with "repair and reinstall" by selecting repair

There might be some hardware problem... faulty component... Who knows?

it would be interesting to try with another cad. Also of the same autodesk, you may try to download the architectural or mechanical trial or a later version to yours to see what happens and how it works. . I don't think it's going to happen.

immediately before saving the file, use the "purge" command.. and purge everything you don't need to proceed further. .
