Good evening.

when I amount a design in step or macro swb (sw 2016 sp5) as well as to generate the drawing in object I also find another piece of pattern. a sort of extraneous body that for precision is a particular in step that I charged time ago, since then every time I load a step I find myself also this model. It has already happened to others and how I can solve it.

I am not a super expert, but it happened to me and in my case it depended on the fact that two parts in the two steps had the same name and then solid fishing the wrong file.

Thank you, not my case does it to me with any step I load that is a commercial downloaded from the web or from other. I always find this model that you do not understand from where it comes out being a step of a commercial who gave me my client. Sometimes it happens that it interferes with the step or macro that load and fails me the generation of the model.

does not happen if I make a new model, but if I load any step file or model in macro swb. for example a client gave me a set in step that I caicato but if I go to open a single detail besides the original there is this extraneous step and this on all the details of that together. in the together one sees only one of the foreign piece being all overlapped.

this corroborates the thesis of the template saved with the body because it means that everyone has the object in the same coordinates

the model that is used to convert the neutral file is not said to be what you use to model again.
you have to go to default model system options and see where is what is used for conversion.
if you want to make a clear check ask the user the model to use and see what happens when you decide which template to start
