Good afternoon to all,

I would like to create a full solid starting from a set composed of various parts.
in a few words my compost should have the external skin of the axieme but inside be completely full.

Any idea?

thanks in advance

there are basically 2 ways to do so, it depends on the use that you then have to make of the resulting solid:
- through copy geometry
- through the shriknwrap

the first you can get the solids of the individual components, but you have to work component by component with maximum final precision, the second is faster, but you usually get only surfaces often open.
if the axieme is complex and large, I recommend you work with the simplified representations

if the bond between resulting solid and joint is not a problem and you only need to work faster, there is also the quick way to export a step as a "joint solid" and reimport it.

You asked the same question at least 1 time for each cad... if you can't do it with the cad you know how to do it with software you don't know?? ? you have been asked for the file several times and instead of posting it open a new discussion. the software with the magic wand does not exist all do what you ask, certainly not automatically, the roads to get a solid full are so much depends on the geometry. e.g. offset to 0 of the hidden surfaces imported pattern join the surfaces close the base and create the solid. without the file it takes fantasy

I share what wrote 320i s. I only add that shrinkwrap (packaging in Italian) also allows you to get many geom copy if you select the mode you see in the image below.Clipboard01.webpas you can see below.Clipboard02.webp

I don't care about the bond between the resulting solid and the resultant solid. use is aimed at protecting intellectual property..... consequently I would like a solid that has the external skin of my device but inside it is completely filled.
the last of the solutions you proposed seems the most applicable to the specific case only that does not fill me the internal vacuum.

then go step by step, if you want to do something useful for the customer, make a simplified representation of only external components and export as a whole, who receives it can work decently (as a set of surfaces it is known to be a casino) and not risk exporting "critical" components

In reality the simplest solution is to do the save as with set as the shrinkwrap type (which is not the one indicated before) where there is an option that closes all the holes by filling the inside (for holes does not mean the feature but everything that recognizes as cavity. this allows you to create a completely released prt format from the start aid.
