Hi.

I have always made a lot of use of the guided quotas both in the details and in the assemblies. Until now I have always moved them, later, by hand in the special layer called notes, which I manage with special macros to display or not information.
I would like to optimize the procedure so that the guided odds, when creating, go automatically into the known layer. in this regard I have inserted in the config.pro this instruction:

def_layer layer_driven_dim notes
def_layer layer_ae_driving_dim notes

I saved everything in a way, but it doesn't work, where am I wrong?

try to create by hand the rule, there are cases where the default rules do not transpose exactly the desired entities, made the ad hoc rule, it works much better.

and I work (cree 5.0): when I write down - quota and I create it in part 3d, I am created and correctly populated the quota level_guidate_3d.

try to comment on the second def_layer you impose or give it another value (e.g. note2) to see if it works

found, in the layer there was this rule: (name ==*) which obviously blocked the assignment. I removed it and now it works, but another problem was born, all the quotas, both those guided inserted in the model and those created in the table go into the known layer, does not feel this distinction:

Where do you put the quotas?

when you put the quota in the layer, then hide the layer => the share remains on.

no, at least with wf5 is not so, if I hide the layer the quotas are not seen, even in the table.
