hi raga, I just started using autocad, I'm watching from youtube videos and I also took a book on amazon.
I am really motivated and would like to learn how to use autocad.
I really struggle to make a drawing I put an entire afternoon, but I don't quit.
Do you have any advice to give me to learn better and quickly?
And then what do you need? I never understand when I have to move it or not?

parts posting issues in the correct section, autocad mechanical and an upgraded version of normal autocad and there are not many users who use it then the answers you will receive will be few or null. the correct section is autocad.
writing I make trouble making drawing does not say anything specific. What are the difficulties? find the correct commands? manage settings and display real commands? interpret the sequence of commands..... if you do not explain well you can not give correct advice.
ucs serves to change the orientation of the Cartesian axes and to move in particular cases.
learning better and quickly contradict each other.
instead of following youtube that you also find porcates made by ignorant people search online autocad tutorials... or directly on the autodesk website seems to me something
