in a prototype in the assembly phase, there is an aluminum plate that flows inside a channel in abs ... to avoid contact aluminum/abs, I had thought of some adhesive coating to apply to my plate to avoid direct contact.

You have some advice about it.

teflon sticker
polyethylene frame (there are several commercial profiles)

hi, the synthetic felt (what I saw) is a little "ruvido", that of which I attached the image is smooth ... but if you have better suggestions to my "problem" are well accepted.
