solid problem moved and changed to file reopening

good morning, problem with autocad 2021, close the file, reopen it and find the solids moved and modified. sometimes even simply zumando I find the damaged or moved solids. I attach image. Can anyone help me? ?

good day tristan, thanks to this link I saw the procedure of how to reconnect the grips to the solid, although in a somewhat slender way, but remains the problem of the modification/cancellation of the solids and sometimes of the entire block. this morning I was contacted by autodesk who asked me to send them the files concerned.
