advice management structure of carpentry with inventor

Hello to all boys I am making a structure of carpentry (a scale) so composed:

-4 legs all the same made with frame generator,

-1 landing made with frame generator,

-2 parapets also made with frame generator.

- keep some other details as grilled and ladder that I have to make. . . .

all these components are then mounted in a set as in figure.for the realization of the constructive I would need to proceed in the following way (in one sheet):

-Insert the views of the board with a maximum quota (ok),

-insert an isomentric view (ok) tagged the component name (parapet) that was inserted under the field "description" in the properties of its axis (inserting the tag I visualize the decrition of the tube as from image),- to create distinct components that group all the same profiles in order to obtain the total weight for each single profile (ok) but I would like to improve it by making sure that for example all the ipes correspond to a single number,-create a detail to quote for all components ( legs, landing, parapet) I have realized the views by inserting the details starting from the axieme for example of the parapet (as from image) but at this point arises a problem, going to tag the components not corresponding to the components in separate (I have only checked the voice parts).- as last thing even if it is not indispensable I would need to insert under the name of the piece (handrail l3) the total quantity of the pieces to produce.
I thank everyone who knows how to give me some advice even fragmented on how to proceed, I have tried to explain myself better possible if you need clarification on anything you ask as well.

you should have the option to choose "material list" as part list:
I don't know what you really want to get, but I'll tell you what I'd do:

-create all components with frame generators.

-work all connections (distanze, notches ect.)

-group in subassembly using "demote frame generator components"

- Put the plates in the subassy.

-Finally use bolted connection to place bolts and at the same time drill where it serves

- to discover that no one asks you to change everything

will not be perfect: you will find problems when the project is complex and ask you to change often but inventor is not perfect for structural steel (such as tekla or advandced steel)



at the table creating the standard part list and tickling structured you will have as voices the subassemblies and if you want to put the balloons you will have their names

If you want to create detailed drawings of subassemblies, you can create their part lists with only popped parts.

regarding text boxes there are ilogic rules online that do it pretty well.

thanks cast16 but this was my problem I wanted a very versatile thing since customers have all very similar specifications but at the same time different, besides I never used the functions you described above and I don't know where to go.

the thalai generator never use it, although I do practically almost only structures in profiles.
I created profile templates each with its name in the warehouse number and a rule that writes the length in custom properties. at this point in separate group by number of warehouse and I make the sum of the respective lengths.
I also have every single profile with its name and its length.
seems twisted, but if you lose something to build the templates you use, then it turns out more comfortable.

question to see if I understood: your axieme distinct contains
- a line for each object bxhxl (definition by stock number + length)
- a line in which calculates the total for each bxh section (definition by storage number)
