default circular series values

on the theme "small losses of daily time": selecting the command "circular series" (in the sketch but also in the 3d model) inventor 2019 always proposes me "6 holes" as quantity.

can you change this default value?
in my life I think I have kept the 6 holes proposed just a couple of times; I usually impose them at 4, more rarely 8, and it is tremendously annoying to change their value each time.

hi sleepers the secret is to adapt to the software and to what can or can not do. If you think you're wasting time to change a value of a workmanship, try to earn it elsewhere. For example (maybe you already do) recalling the keyboard commands without having to search with the mouse, the time you save is what you would "love" by adjusting the value from 6 to 4 on the series. after almost twenty years of use of inventor I guarantee that it is not there the time you lose, but a just logic of design and execution of the works make you earn resources in the pursuit of your study.

that I know no (my rock is the sheet fittings at 6mm, which ,...)

What you say is true, but that bothers the same!!! the demand for sleepers of some "presettable" values (series, bevel fittings...) appears cyclically on the autodesk forums, setting it would certainly be a decent marketing move.

(naturally we talk about discomfort and not serious slowdowns)

In reality it is not a waste of time *so* consistent, but rather a source of continuous and repeated irritation during the day.

I am black belt of keyboard shortcuts, macros and customizations, and for this reason I turn a lot when I meet a rigidity or a little user friendly aspect of any software

I understand you very well;
I also wanted to be able to customize everything in my image and likeness. then over time I have adapted myself to pros and cons but now for me the relationship with inventor has become visceral for which I appreciate it and unfortunately the many defects....
