problem basic unit settings

Hello.
I've been installed in inventor 2022 lately. the problem that in the part and together the set measuring unit is the cm. All times in document settings I have to change units, but it does not remain permanently set. How to do that?

same thing in the idw the sheet size, on a0 instead of a3, the cartiglio that is not there, and the iso quotation unit.

How are you trying to make changes?
Have you tried to do it in templates?

here says what I do, but it is not a definitive setting
