info icon (/lightning) actions dynamic blocks

It is a few days that when I am inside a block change I no longer see the icon (clickable with right button) of the various actions, only the yellow lightning that I don't think is clickable.
the icon would be used to change "hopely" (i.e. with a few clicks) the selection group and the objects involved.... I must have left in some menus, or clicked by keyboard some shortcuts. . moral of the nn fairy tale I can more restore icons...
