Good evening,
This discussion is purely personal and I already know that it depends on me and what I want to do, but I think it is good to hear the opinion of people who know more about me and who have already experienced it.
I am a 21 year old boy and I have been working for 2 years in a design company.
I came up with a proposal from a consulting design agency (centin of employees and works for companies with hundreds of employees) and I am interested in the idea of accepting it.
I have already done all the selective iter and have passed it but my main reason is to grow professionally and I would like to understand if you can offer me what I look for.
the company where I work currently is moving me by necessity towards the documentation of the machine, which I hate to do, I do not see myself in the long term doing manuals of use and maintenance.
Is a consultancy planning agency able to offer me the training I need?
Is there a risk of finding myself thrown into a little village to ask me what I'm doing?
Am I a fool who wants to leave a safe job 5 minutes from home for the only will to grow?
Is my main question? Usually who works for consulting design agencies is formed I is left to disembark to do monotomous jobs?
