rotation of a piece

Good afternoon, I write as I have some problem with autocad.
I have to do a set therefore, the idea is to copy my previously designed pieces and place them properly, but when they select them to rotate them not all the lines rotate, but only some, therefore I find myself redesigning almost all the piece. How can I solve this? Thank you all in advance, for availability!

if an object is not rotated can not be wonder how many causes: blocked layer, no selection, parameter constraints, user variables.
However massive is right: attaching the dwg file would simplify the problem resolution

the thing that does not fit, is that a block with some entities on a blocked layer, rotate only the unblocked entities. never heard of anything like that, from my poor 35-year-old soft knowledge.
I think otherwise. the block did it, but it is not turning that (vamping the creation of the block).
"autocad goes out of nowhere..." will the snap? f9 key?

we understand but, as you have been explained before, in cases where you seek help it is good norm to attach at least (as a minimum mayor) a screenshot of the work, this to give the possibility to those who read better understanding the problem and get more 'fast tips.

apart from the millenials being from 1980 to 1996, so today they are between 26 and 42 years old.
I think it refers to the so-called z generation or zoomers from 1997 to 2012. or to some university late who is three to 35 years old, but are few.
