Did the technical direction change? I spent losing clients because the new technical director brought in his former college mates, or friends, who had their own technical studies.

I think that the ambiguity of the figure is in general, especially towards the younger employees who in the past could see in me a reference although I was external, although I think that my case has been a little rare outside for almost 7 years in the same small technical office now we are in fact 4. I personally thought, however, that this ambiguity was valid especially for intermediate figures, i.e. an external junior designer should behave and be seen as a neo assumed at first experiences, a senior, considered what is paid, should be involved as much as possible and also become a point of reference, while the intermediates are a little in limbo. As for the secrecy of the projects to be "protected" when there are outside I understand in dalra, but where tapes and rollers are made. . .
Then I am convinced that the situation in which I am, a metal-mechanical company of about 50 employees but strongly patronal, does not absolutely reflect the average but I think that even if in different measure the problems can be found elsewhere.

the production crisis in different sectors is evident. I work in most with glassware (producers of glass containers: bottles more) and not the consumption is +/- those and the progressive reduction of containers a plastic, these companies live a period of crisis ... and therefore all induced including me.
I tried with linkedim but it also seems to me a kind of facebook or little more. contact companies directly by email or phone if you do not reach the right person anything to do. only works a little reporting via other provider or customer.

effectively linkedin is a somewhat toxic environment in some ways because it always compares you with a huge amount of alpha males that thanks to their acumen and their incrollable abnegation achieve wonderful results.
Now I understand a little better the crisis that can provoke in a teenage girl when her bald partner has a lot more likes and followers on instagram.

If used in the right way, but it's an inexhaustible mine of information: For example by going to look at the previous occupations of some profiles I discovered names of companies, even of my territory, that I did not know minimally.

Not really, but actually finding companies today is easy. The difficult thing is to pass the filter of the kind secretaries that answer the switchboard.
