Hello, everyone.
from 2010 to 2011
I have noticed a considerable deterioration in performance.

Assume me that before with 2010 I had no problem turning now they snap absurdly.
We tried to cuff out with the configurations but it's totally useless.
the machines we had changed I believe with the version 2008/2009 (arriving from the r5 with other older)

I was wondering if there's a parameter to set up or it's a new "feature"

I haven't tested yet, but I'm interested in the problem, can you specify what kind of harware you use?

is it installed?

Are servicepack installed?

of
TYPE
core2 duo e4600@2.4
4gb ram
picture fx570
xp prof. (updated)

I repeat that it's last gen. but that with 2010 I had no "visible" problems

pc not very recent, but still valid, unfortunately I also noticed this performance difference regarding 2010, but I have not yet had the opportunity to deepen and set the due.

Anyway:

proc.: q6600 overclocked @ 3.00 ghz
ram: 8gb ddr2 1066mhz
video: nvidia painting 1500 (perhaps this is what makes from bottleneck)
s.o.: win7 ultimate x64

inventor 2011 x64 for now no sp installed

So... .
I understand the problem here:http://www.inventor-certified.com/graphics/
...
inventor 2011 includes a new graphics pipeline which is graphics shader program based. not all whql certified direct3d graphics drivers are completely trouble free in this environment. if you encounter problems in inventor 2011, switching to the compatibility choice, which uses the legacy inventor graphics pipeline, should work fine with microsoft whql certified direct3d graphics drivers. also, windows 7 is a supported platform in inventor 2011.
...
in fact I switched on compatibility and looks like 2010
At least it's not snappy anymore.
(instruments -> options -> hardware -> compatibility)
to note that years ago, they made me a head so because coming from the pc-game world I always installed the latest drivers of the manufacturer and not their "certificates" that were more beautiful (but where)
And I have to go to compatibility.

And I think it's right to keep him hidden. I imagine saying it as the very first thing in the release news is mortal sin.
Anyway, at every release I always have less money and an extra reason to change.

other question, what dismissals have your asses?
Um...
to me a few k
But I think it depends on how to pick up the subaxis.
I'm corrected if I'm wrong, but I think I can even have two assemblies with so many parts, but if I throw them in a new set, there's a small file.
I don't know how to measure the complexity of a set.
If my memory doesn't play me bad jokes years ago, I felt like there was a parameter that would blow up in some corner some numbers. . .
Boo :

the complexity of the assemblies is "measured" in number of parts (including sub-axis) which are contained within that assembly (as it must charge them all).

My parents are very light, yes and no that you get to the 500 parts including the alley, so...

1467, total occurrences in the session. are the number of "single" parts that make up the axieme (if you have a set consisting of a cube and 50 screws all the same, the recurrences will be 2, the cube and the screw, because opened a screw is as if it had opened them all as all the same) so your set is 1467 parts. (I should have said right)

Good.
But to talk, I think it's a pretty blanda "indication" anyway.
going to extremize, example: if your 500 pieces are particular of derivative assemblies or very complex parts result of complex processes... I'm sure heavier to handle my 1500 "tondini" with different lengths. (?)
I don't know if I made the idea of what I mean:)

cmq I also confirm to the work that the performances are clearly worsened.to we happen, while having certified picture cards of which one own take looking at those certified x inventor from the autodesk site, that assemblies of 550 parts go to snaps and that sometimes they disappear in the view.with 2010 they had no problems.to interderci amber a 64 bit machine with seven and 6 ram giga taken 4 months ago.

I think I'm good now.
I mean, the compatible key worked properly.

But I talked to the dealer who suggested that I update the video card driver.
I didn't find one yesterday, even because I stopped at the link I told you.

I take the procedure that the technician suggested to me, I hope it can be useful, in the case of gate.
starting from the link mentioned, go down and click card certification
in os remove operating systems leaving your
press show cards
select the vs tab
download the most updated and install it.

From here, I can also use quality or performance options without undergoing the aforementioned slowdowns.

In the end, it was enough to get a window out at the first start that said: If it turns slow, check the drivers or put compatibility mode... :36_6_6:

I only downloaded the driver, but he asked me if I wanted to update the inventor's db. Maybe so doing it automatically... I don't know.

a question, I don't know if it's okay here but I wanted to know how you work on a single project?? in the sense we have a unique ipj file that encloses all the various works but they have noticed that if a person opens up to say all the machine that is planning and others open up of the hangers that make up this machine without going to break the boxes to each other inventor goes into the ball. ?

we are only in 2 and we never "we intertwin", and when we create the project we use single user and not vault. Anyway, I'm accusing myself to read "how do you do" because this is definitely interesting.

I can tell you that I had strange effects on the windows, and I didn't understand why the drivers were certified.
Then I installed the latest version of the drivers, and it went well.

What kind of project do you use? isolated, semi-isolated, single user?

Still working that way, I'm surprised you don't mess with the file changes, as I see you are fearful!
we use vault, initially it seemed indigestible, but now no one would want to go back!
