3d-activated nomination not selectable

I am trying to use the "3d annotation" function but when I go to select one of the active norms always gives me the error "unsuccessful style upgrade". any standard clicks between the four proposed always comes out the same error.what can I do. Thank you.

It does it to me too, but if I click it cancels then the command works.
of course it is a break of b.... immense.
