I should make gear prototypes of a counter (diam.60 h 18) are made in delrin
but the prototype could go well even in abs or pa
should have a tolerance of 0.1 (+/- 0.05)
Do you know anyone in Milan or surroundings that could make them?

Thank you.

I tried to get me to make a weerg piece, load the model and you immediately got the quote, they were accurate and punctual.

hi pierandrea we have purchased from just two 3d printers for professional use and in the coming months we will take another 4. we use h24 to build the pieces we need to mount on the machine of our own production but the intention is to expand this experience by building also single parts for third companies and therefore diversify our know-how out. right to give you some info we can currently print a material called onyx which would be a .nylon agglomeration with a 20% carbon and our resolution is 100micron, I assure you that they seem almost machined. the next printers that we will take will have the opportunity to integrate different materials like pure carbon filaments and kevlar for a high mechanical resistance.

Thank you very much and I will keep in mind
But this morning the customer told me that the moulder that will run the mold has just purchased a 3d printer and seems willing to make the prototype from him
we will see the accuracy of execution, if not at the height of expectations............ .

Thank you

I would like to know, if possible, what are the 3d printer models that reach these precisions.

Thank you.
