3d soil creation

If you attach the file on wetransfer I'll give you the level curves. give me the specifications you need (equipment, 2d or 3d etc.)

I sent it to him, I used it as an email, the one that is specified in his profile. I should use a 1 m accuracy and create 3d level curves and create a 3d solid soil.
The odds I have understood how they do but passing through cad I find it impossible, if you explain how to make the solid from the curves, install in student version the necessary programs and do everything, it is/are already helping me too much.
Thank you very much

The teachers told me to do it with step 1 meter, if you think it's better a step higher, I blindly trust what you think is right. also because, sincerely said, teachers of course, they seem inepts, they cannot explain to us how to do things.

I have installed civil 3d and map 3d, if you can give me directions on how to operate, I try to do what you say

what I have pseudo-fact is as follows:
1) I imported the dwg on map3d by activating only points
2) creates from points - points in the card
3) in activity box (management views) I appeared a kind of layer with name 39087 points, if I click twice it makes me change the coloring of the surface that appeared above the points (disable from paper base)
4) if from display 2d step to 3d I see a surface with infinitesimal thickness consisting of thousands of squares and colored according to the style previously selected, curved in space then 3d
5) if you select the pseudo-layer 39087 points - click on dat - level curved layers - level curve elevation range (1 meter) - main level curve (5) - elevation eitchetta - creates level curves like (poliline)
6) creates me the level curves with the heights on the different lines
7) if I return to 3d I see the same thing as before, surface with infinitesimal thickness (without zoom quite incomprehensible since you see a chessboard without thickness with tiny squares)

I'd never have been able to do something like that when you have time, could you post the procedure to get to this result? to make the solid from the curves instead?

in the meantime I thank so much for the support that was provided to me, if it had time and desire and wanted to publish the procedure for creating the level curves, as from file that provided me, would be something divine! ! !
in the meantime really thank you!!! :
